The Mission:
Research shows that distracted driving dramatically increases the risk of crashing. Mobile phones are a common cause. Simply taking your eyes off the road for longer than two seconds doubles the risk.
Using an AFL club, raise awareness of the dangers using mobile phones while driving poses. Encourage drivers to put their phone away and avoid  distraction.
Captain's Log:
The "Eyes on the prize campaign" aims to remain positive and light hearted by putting a footballer in the middle of the field, distracted by their phone, being bonked on the head with footballs. It’s fun , it's silly, and after years of gory, graphic road safety ads, a friendly reminder may be more of what we need.
This campaign can extend to any football team and any player that’s the big thing at the time.
The Mission:
The Yes campaign is advancing for Australians to vote yes and recognise Indigenous people in our constitution as we move closer to the 2023 referendum. Wow Outdoor media are seeking to create an out of home advertising campaign across Australia. We are seeking some fresh creative ideas.
The Yes campaign is being challenged by no campaigners, who are driving an initiative to “don’t know, vote no”, delivering a message that if you are unsure of what to vote for, the safe option is to vote no. We are asking for a creative campaign to combat this idea.
Captain's Log:
Politics is tricky, sometimes however it is a no brainer. This campaign aims to align the Yes vote with other things than we might take for granted and just make sense.  As politics can be divisive I wanted to steer clear of anything controversial and focus more on some common simple pleasures we might share.
The Mission:
Meta has launched a new app to compete with Twitter that is directly linked from Instagram. The app encourages users to share their thoughts, images, and videos that can be replied to or “re-threaded” by other users.
While many Instagram users have started a threads account there still remain a high count of users that haven’t downloaded the app. Threads is also struggling to bring users off twitter onto their new platform.
Captain's Log:
Twitter has faced controversy with Elon musk taking over and making changes to the app seemingly on his own whims. While this can frustrate users the bigger issue is the perception that it is being flooded with negativity.
The “You’re too good for it” campaign is the straw to break the camel's back for twitter users; opening their eyes to the state of the app and encouraging them that they deserve better.
This campaign can extend to any controversial figure or company that have a penchant for airing out their dirty laundry on twitter.
